RETURN POLICY

Our main goal is to make sure that you are a happy, satisfied customer.  If you are unsatisfied with your gift item, you may return it for the selling price of the item.  All items must be returned within 30 days from when you receive the item(s).   Please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send anything back to us.

Non-Damaged Items:

 

Items must be in original, sellable condition in order to receive a refund (unless item is received damaged).   DVD's/Videos must be unopened, in original shrink wrap.  Clothing must be unwashed/unworn/unsoiled.   Please enclose a note stating why you are returning the item. We do not refund the original shipping and handling costs of the items sent, and we do not refund the shipping cost of returning the item to us.

 

No refunds on any opened Videos or DVD's – only exchanges for a replacement of original item that was ordered.

 

Damaged/Defective Items:

 

Defective items will be replaced or store credit given.  Damaged/Defective items must be returned within 30 days from when you receive the item(s).   Please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you send anything back to us.   Damaged Videos and DVD's may be returned only to be exchanged for a replacement of the same product that was originally ordered.

 

On Sale Items:

We do not accept returns on non-damaged items that are discounted “On Sale” items.
