SHIPPING
ITEM TYPES
In
Stock Items:
For
products that are in stock, we ship from our warehouse as soon as possible so
you can receive your gift and enjoy it as soon as possible! Typically
it takes 1 to 2 business days to leave our warehouse (we strive for 1 business
day) plus the shipping time of the shipping method you choose.
Pre-Ordered
Items:
An
estimated ship time is given for Pre-Order items listed under the item’s
details (just click on the item to preview its detailed information and ship
times). Ship times vary depending on vendor and item availability.
Rest assured that your pre-ordered product is shipped to you as soon as it arrives
at our warehouse. All Pre-Ordered items are shipped via ground service;
however, if your entire order is on Pre-Order status then the first shipment
of your order is shipped to you via the shipping method you specified at checkout;
subsequent shipments of Pre-Ordered items will ship via ground service for free.
Back
Ordered Items:
If
items in your order are out of stock, your in stock items are shipped to you
via the shipping method you specify, and the out of stock items are placed on
back ordered status. It typically takes 1-2 weeks for us to receive back
ordered products to our warehouse; however, please allow 3-6 weeks on some items.
We will notify you if the wait for backordered item(s) will be excessive.
All Back Ordered items are shipped via ground service; however,
if your entire order is on Back Order status then the first shipment of your
order is shipped to you via the shipping method you specified at checkout; subsequent
shipments of Back Ordered items will ship via ground service for free.
You
can speed up the delivery of your order by paying
additional shipping charges for expedite service (see shipping
Rate & Times tables below).
WRONG
ADDRESS:
Please
be absolutely sure that you have typed in the correct Ship-To address
and that it is complete (if using Bill-To address for shipping address you may
leave the Ship-To fields blank). Otherwise, it could delay your delivery
and a fee may be charged to redirect your shipment to the correct address.
Always include the correct apartment or suite number. Using your complete,
9 digit zip code could speed up the delivery of your shipment.

All
orders placed after 1:00 p.m. (EST) will be processed the next business day.
All
orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
For ground shipments, Timeless TV will determine the most efficient ground shipping
carrier for your order.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be mailed via USPS (U.S. Postal Service)—FedEx
options are not available for shipments to P.O. Boxes.
PARTIAL
SHIPMENTS
Your
order's first shipment will be shipped via the shipping method your specified
during checkout. Subsequent shipments (e.g. if there are any back ordered
or pre-ordered items in your order) will ship via ground service for free.
HOLIDAYS
Please
allow extra time for shipping during holiday peak times. You may want
to elect 2nd Day or Overnight shipping during holidays to ensure your package
arrives on time.
INTERNATIONAL
Currently
we are not offering shipping service outside the United States.
SIGNATURE
REQUIREMENTS
- FOR
ORDERS THAT EXCEED $249.00: We
may require a signature at time of delivery to protect you the buyer from
theft of your valuable purchase.
